Where will you spend eternity?


Do you know for sure if you are going to heaven...or do you just “hope” you will get there? Read on .... Jesus Christ came so we could spend eternity in Heaven with God. There is no sin in Heaven and that presents a problem because all people have sinned. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23 Long ago God said the penalty of sin is death. “For the wages of sin is death...” Romans 6:23 Every Christmas people celebrate Jesus’ birth. At Easter they remember His death and resurrection from the grave. The reason Jesus came and died was to pay the penalty for our sins. “But God commendeth His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8 Now all we must do to go to heaven is repent of our sins and believe that Jesus died on the cross. When we pray to God and accept what Jesus did for us on the cross...the Bible says we are saved. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13 Pray, and ask Jesus to be your Saviour, And heaven can be yours today! “Dear Lord, I know I am a sinner. I believe Jesus paid the penalty for my sins when He died on the cross and shed His blood. Please forgive me for all my sin. I accept this wonderful gift of salvation and thank You that I will be in Heaven when I die.” Amen.
